The private peer community of product leaders figuring out AI together

Stop guessing what's real with AI. This is where senior product leaders compare notes, exchange real stories, and pressure-test decisions together. No noise, no beginners, just peers at your level.

The pressure to "do something with AI" is real

Product leaders aren't struggling because they lack skill. They're struggling alone. AI tools, shifting expectations, delivery pressure—these are easier to navigate when you're surrounded by people who truly get it.

    When you're going it alone

Even experienced product leaders find themselves:
Lacking a trusted network to validate decisions around AI
Pressured to "do something with AI" with no clear direction
Feeling isolated as the only one who understands the role

    When you've found your people

You're supported by a community that helps you:
Get clarity on which AI bets are actually worth making
Have a trusted network to pressure-test decisions with
Lead with more confidence and less second-guessing

You don't need another AI course or program.
What you need is a trusted circle of peers at your level to compare notes on what's working with AI, ask hard questions, and figure out what's real versus hype.

    Product Leaders Peer Groups

You'll be carefully matched by our team in a group of 5–7 product leaders (we call Peer Pods). You meet once a month in a guided session by our team.

I was feeling lost as a product leader. Then I found the Product Leaders Lab. It's a focused group where you can actually learn from your peers. I've been loving it!

Sr. Director of Product at Crucial Learning

You're a fit for the Product Leaders Lab if...

    You're in a senior-level product role

You're a Director, Head of Product, VP, or Group PM responsible for real decisions—especially around how AI fits into your product, workflows, or roadmap.

You feel the pressure to "figure out AI"

There's an unspoken expectation to move fast, but no shared understanding of what's actually worth doing. You want peers to compare notes with, not just another list of tools.

You're looking for a trusted circle of peers

You're looking for product leaders who can pressure-test decisions, share what's actually worked (and what hasn't), and talk openly about the hard parts of the job.

You feel isolated at the top

You're often the only one in your org who truly understands your role—and you're ready to find people who actually get it.

    Meet the founder đź‘‹

    Ramli John Picture

    Ramli John

    Founder, Delight Path
Hi friend, I’m Ramli. 👋🏽 I’m here to make product leadership feel a little less lonely, and a lot more sustainable.
    ‍
Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked across startups and enterprise companies, I’ve helped teams build products, scale onboarding, and navigate the messy middle between strategy and delivery. I’ve also written two books (Product-Led Onboarding and Eureka) that have been used by thousands of product teams around the world.
    ‍
But the conversations I’ve had with dozens of product leaders recently are what pushed me to build this peer community.
    ‍
I kept hearing the same thing again and again:
    • “I’m tired of firefighting.”
    • “I can’t keep up with AI and shifting expectations.”
    • “I have no space to think strategically.”

Different leaders. Different companies. Same reality.
    ‍
The truth is: you don't need another framework or AI playbook. You need peers who get it.
    ‍
That’s why I created the Product Leaders Lab.

How do you join The Lab?

Submit an application to join. The Lab is intentionally small and curated, with new spots opening 2-3 times a year.

Attend your Welcome Call with Ramli John. We'll talk through your goals and introduce you to other Labmates.

Join monthly Peer Pod sessions, where we'll facilitate structured discussions to navigate challenges together.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What makes this different from other product communities?

Most communities focus on the craft of product. This one focuses on the practice of leadership. It's where you zoom out, think strategically, and find peers who understand what it's like to sit in your seat — not another framework or tool list.

    î ‘

What happens inside the community each month?

Each month includes Co-Lab sessions where you bring live challenges to peers, team workshops to upskill your team on AI, and Lab Talks from top product leaders. Your Peer Pod also meets monthly for honest, off-the-record conversations.

    î ‘

    What is a Peer Pod?

A small group of 5-7 vetted product leaders, thoughtfully matched by role, challenges, and goals. This is your trusted inner circle — where you bring real problems, pressure-test decisions, and get honest feedback from people who truly get it.

    î ‘

Can I expense this through my company or learning budget?

Yes. Many members use their professional development budget to cover membership. You'll receive an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement.

    î ‘

Where is the Product Leaders Lab hosted?

In Circle, available on desktop and mobile. Everything lives in one place — community discussions, Peer Pod sessions, events, and the Library.

    î ‘

How much time do I need to commit?

At the minimum, we recommend showing up for the one-hour monthly Peer Pod sesssions. Other than that, some members drop in a few times a month, others participate more actively through Peer Pods, Co-Labs, and team workshops. Even a small, consistent presence leads to meaningful connections and ideas you'll keep coming back to.

    î ‘

Is the Product Leaders Lab right for me if I'm not a people leader?

Maybe. The Lab is designed for product leaders operating at a function, portfolio, or strategic level. There are some members who are senior ICs or founding PMs without direct reports. What matters is the scope of your influence, not whether you manage people. Apply and Ramli will personally review your application.

    î ‘

What if I don't love it?

We're confident you'll find value, but if it's not for you, you can cancel your membership anytime in your account settings.

    î ‘

What times are the community events?

Most live events run between 11am–3pm ET to accommodate members across North America and Europe. Peer Pods are matched by time zone so you're always meeting with people at a convenient time. If you can't attend live, recordings are always available inside the community.
